• Millennials Financial Innovations LLC (MFI): As a Managing Member, Charlene      focuses on assisting business owners in securing capital funding. Since establishing the firm in 2010 and officially registering it in 2017, she has built the foundation of MFI by writing comprehensive business plan for startup and existing businesses. Her portfolio includes strategic plans for commercial and residential real estate development, solar panel installations, wholesaler acquisitions, railroad car refurbishments, and expansion initiatives for tax preparation, auto repair, and medical transportation services. 
• New Heights 4 Biz (NH4B): In 2021, Charlene joined forces with Iris Rivera to establish NH4B. By combining their extensive networks and experience, they provide comprehensive funding solutions to businesses of all sizes. In this capacity, she works closely with funding sources to facilitate multi-million-dollar capital requests.
