Greg Ricchuiti - Innovation Leader

Greg Ricchuiti is a technical visionary with over 25 years of experience as a solutions architect and systems integrator, currently spearheading Strategic Initiatives & Root Cause Analysis at Ecosecworks. As a pioneer in AI-driven cybersecurity for renewable energy ecosystems, Greg leads the charge in developing Gen-AI-based solutions that detect adversaries and protect critical EV charger infrastructure. His approach focuses on simplifying complex cyber defenses, automating processes to provide Charge Point Operators with a seamless, "one-click" security experience. 

Greg’s extensive career spans the delivery of innovative, scalable solutions for both agile startups and Fortune 500 companies. His technical expertise covers a broad spectrum of critical domains, including EVSE, microgrids, IoT, hybrid cloud, and network infrastructure. At Ecosecworks, he oversees the design and integration of EV charging solutions, leveraging deep specialized knowledge in OCPP backend systems and API performance to ensure robust and efficient operations. 

A dedicated leader and mentor, Greg fosters collaborative, agile cultures that drive continuous improvement. He is deeply committed to industry advancement and community service, serving as a member of the EV Council Advisory Board for the Transportation Energy Institute. Additionally, he holds board positions with Rady Children’s Hospital and the La Jolla High School Foundation. He also serves as a Business Operations Specialist for Habitat for Humanity International.
