• New Heights 4 Biz (NH4B): Co-founding the firm in 2021, Iris combines her extensive network and experience to support businesses of all sizes with comprehensive funding solutions. She works closely with funding sources to facilitate multi-million-dollar capital requests, serving as the primary liaison between businesses and lenders to coordinate comprehensive, compelling presentations. 
• RandG Sales Consulting: As Co-Founder, Iris initially provided full-service support to adult career schools before expanding the firm's services to include start-ups, small- and mid-sized businesses, and nonprofit organizations. She actively assisted small businesses with writing business plans and preparing competitive responses to state and federal      RFPs to generate working capital. 
• Career Blazers Learning Centers: Iris began her career as an Admissions      Representative and advanced to the role of National Director of Sales and Marketing, where she established departmental processes, policies, and procedures while training staff for peak performance.
